Can a Tower Parking system be built with basement levels?+

No — AutoRise Tower Parking systems are engineered to be fully above-ground, with no basement excavation required. They can be built to as many floors as your site requires, making them ideal for land-constrained plots where digging a basement isn't practical.

Do you manufacture parking systems in-house or outsource fabrication?+

Every AutoRise system — structural steel, hydraulic assemblies and control panels — is fabricated, machined and quality-tested at our own manufacturing facility in Kalyan, Maharashtra. Nothing is outsourced, which is what lets us guarantee consistent quality and lead times.

Do you provide installation and after-sales maintenance (AMC)?+

Yes. Certified AutoRise installation teams handle commissioning on-site, and we offer scheduled Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with rapid-response service to keep your system running at full uptime for its entire lifespan.
